This receiver's no slouch in the sound-sculpting department, either. System Q EX, with 3 bands of parametric equalization and 3 speaker size matching settings, gives you tight control over 6 preset EQ curves. The System E's+ Advanced Crossover System trims unwanted frequencies so you enjoy more volume and clarity from all your vehicle's speakers.

If you're into system expansion, you can use System E's+ with the 4.5-volt front, rear, and subwoofer preamp outputs to assign frequencies to your component amps, speakers, and subs. Add a Kenwood CD changer for extended on-the-road entertainment. Kenwood also included a rear auxiliary input so you can plug in a portable MP3 player, VCR, video game, or any outboard source.
