Cancellation by BuynServ

While, we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with BuynServ.com, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):

• Product is temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
• Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
• Non-serviceable locations
• Non confirmation of Cash on Delivery Orders by the Customer

At times we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you at the earliest.

How do I cancel an order?
In order to cancel an item in your order:
It’s simple, call us on the customer support number/s mentioned on the site or email us on support@buynserv.com with the order id in the subject line and you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours, in case of holidays, please allow us 1-2 business days for completing your cancellation request.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Shipped', we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
The refunded amount will be made available immediately in case the refund mode is BuynServ Wallet
However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation by Buynserv.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference.
There are two modes of refund:

• BuynServ Wallet - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your Buynserv Wallet in the 'store credit' component.
• Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Buynserv will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your preference.
