The new PEEK (Polyetheretherketon) cone material has excellent characteristics of rigidity and durability, even when subjected to heat. This contributes to sharp response (especially across the mid- to high-frequency range) and intense sound reproduction. Dual-layer urethane surround technology improves the cone stiffness, thus greatly reducing unnecessary resonance that can hinder the sound quality. The lightweight copper-clad aluminium wire voice coil gives louder sound. Other features of the stylish speaker include a gold-plated screw terminal, rubber magnet cover and large magnetic circuit for high-power drive.
